Jack offers three welcome bonuses of the player's choice. The casino bonuses are intended for slot players, whilst the sports bonus is suitable for sports betting fans. All welcome bonuses are only available to players aged 24 years or older.
The casino bonus is 100% up to €250 with a minimum deposit of €10. Your balance is fully locked for withdrawal while the bonus is active. This means you cannot withdraw your deposit amount, bonus amount and winnings until you have completed the wagering requirements or cancelled the bonus yourself.

Wagering and play requirements
Wagering means you must stake the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the winnings. At Jack, the standard wagering for most bonuses is 20 times the bonus amount.
Only stakes with bonus funds count towards wagering. Stakes with your own money don't count. Sports betting, live casino, table games and certain other games don't contribute towards wagering and won't help you clear the bonus.

Suitability and restrictions
Jack sets strict age limits for bonuses. Players must be at least 24 years old to claim bonuses. This means that players between 18 and 23 years are completely excluded from all bonus offers and promotions.
Bonus abuse results in forfeiture of both the bonus and winnings. This includes using multiple accounts, circumventing bet limits or playing excluded games with bonus funds.

Excluded games and game types
Not all games contribute equally to the bonus requirements. Some game types do not contribute at all, whilst certain individual slot games are excluded from bonus play. Jack has an extensive list of more than 80 slots excluded from bonus use.
Games with 0% contribution do not help you play through your bonus, even though you can play them. Sports betting, Live Casino, table games and certain specialty games such as Instant Win and Games Global Jackpot do not contribute.

Jack offers special bonuses for players who download and use the mobile app. These offers are only available through the app and have different requirements than standard bonuses.
