Supported payment methods
Jack accepts the following payment methods for deposits: iDEAL, credit card and PayPal. All transactions take place in euros (EUR). The minimum deposit is €10.
Withdrawal options are available, but these may differ from deposit methods. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes. Payouts always go back to the player's own bank account.

First deposit via iDEAL
Your first deposit must always be made via iDEAL. This is mandatory for new players and is part of the verification process. After your first iDEAL deposit, you may be able to use other payment methods for later transactions.
Before you withdraw funds, your first deposit must have been wagered at least once. This is a standard requirement of Jack.

You can cancel active bonuses yourself in your account settings. When cancelled, the bonus amount and any winnings earned with it will be forfeited. Your own deposit remains available, except for the amount you have already wagered.

- Increase limit: After lowering your limit, you can increase it, but this only becomes active after 7 days
