Age Restrictions and Identity Verification
Jack requires all players to be at least 18 years old. During registration, you complete identity verification with a photo of your passport, ID card or driving licence. This verification takes place as part of the sign-up process.
Players between 18 and 23 can open accounts and play games, but are excluded from all bonuses and promotions. Bonuses are only available to players aged 24 and over.
Jack checks registrations against the CRUKS register (Central Register of Gambling Exclusions). Individuals listed in this register are automatically refused.
